The Institute for Innovative Transition provides an Information and Referral Center for individuals with developmental disabilities ages 14-25, their families, school staff, and adult service providers throughout Monroe County. The Institute for Innovative Transition is a partnership of the Golisano Foundation and the University of Rochester's Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities and the Warner School of Education. The Institute is housed at Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities (SCDD), a University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at the University of Rochester. SCDD is a member of the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD).
