Think College NY! » WNY Consortium

Western New York Consortium The Institute for Innovative Transition hosts quarterly meetings for local colleges and universities interested in improving inclusive post secondary options for students with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The Western New York Consortium is a group of representatives from colleges and universities who are committed post secondary education opportunities for students with disabilities. The consortium meets to discuss important items related to New York State and national movements in the area of post secondary education.
Represented Colleges and Universities Include: Finger Lakes Community College Hobart and William Smith College Keuka College Monroe Community College Nazareth College Roberts Wesleyan College Rochester Institute of Technology St John Fisher College SUNY Brockport SUNY Geneseo Syracuse University University of Rochester

The Institute for Innovative Transition is a partnership of the Golisano Foundation and the University of Rochester's Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities and the Warner School of Education. The Institute is housed at Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities (SCDD), a University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at the University of Rochester. SCDD is a member of the Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD).
